Dear Rosemary, such a sad time. I have had you on my mind recently, remembering happy times. I had no idea about Celia's illness. I have been living in other places since 1988. My heart is broken.

Your children were so precious and I enjoyed being with you and Benny. I thought you two were so much fun and you had wonderful daughters. I am glad we couldn't see the sadness our futures back then.

I was the Huntsville Middle School cheerleading sponsor and Celia was one of my favorite ones. I also taught her in the classroom. She was a very sweet, considerate and always had a smile on her beautiful face. I loved her and saw her over the years.
I'm so sorry she had to leave this earth so soon. Heaven has definitely gained an angel!

Celia was my very first best friend. Which meant the world to me as a young girl growing up in Huntsville. We were like sisters and her love meant more to me than I can describe. Her playful personality and her loving spirit were the standard by which all future friendships would be measured. I was so incredibly lucky to know and love her. Now I know that God is lucky to count her as one of his best angels.
