Reginald was born on November 29, 1937 and passed away on Thursday, May 24, 2018.

Reginald was a resident of Huntsville, Alabama at the time of passing.

He attended Virginia Polytechnic Institute and Athens College where he received his BS degree in physics.

After a tour of duty in the U.S. Army, Mr. Skinner began his civilian career in 1963 working for The Boeing Company on the Saturn V and on the Lunar Rover programs.

The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to either the Church of the Nativity or the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
